Returns and Exhanges

1. Returns and exhanges must be  received within 14 days of date of delivery.
2. Merchandise must be unworn , unwashed , unaltered and in perfect condition.
3. Sales items are not returnable.
4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

1. Securely pack and seal the merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address.
2. Once your package is received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days.
3. Polkadot usa reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.

We ship UPS Ground Monday through Friday during business hours.  Please allow 7 to 10 days for ground service delivery.
